Events for four Republican Party groups: Alameda County Republican Party (ACGOP, RSVP in advance), East Bay Republican Club (EBRC, AD14 events), Tri-Valley Republicans (TVR, AD16 events), and Alameda Conservative Republican Patriots (ACRPatriots, AD18/AD20 events). Check the TriValleyRepublicans.org website (for their members) listing all known events (within driving distance) of many external conservative groups.
Committee Members (Elected, Ex-Officio, Alternates) always get invited to Committee meetings. Visitors and Volunteers must RSVP by Tuesday noon so we can send ZOOM link on Tuesday evening. MEDIA/PRESS: Please contact Chairman for timely interviews outside of the meeting date.
PROTOCOL: Central Committee monthly meetings are private meetings with no recording devices allowed without waivers from all attendees to be recorded. Each Zoom or Hybrid meeting is recorded to help the Secretary prepare the Minutes and the video is not retained. Visitors may observe, sometimes make short opening remark, but cannot vote nor comment upon business. Some brief time after meeting may be hosted by Chairman to discuss County issues or to schedule a date to talk about an issue during the week.
Our volunteer teams give options where any voter can promote Republican actions within County (See Volunteer page)

GENERAL ELECTION - VOTE REPUBLICAN
Elections are always CRUCIAL within our huge Blue State. Help rescue conservative patriotism and protect family-friendly traditional faith by voting for Republican candidates. Ballot mail-out begins Monday October 7. Lasy Day to Vote is November 8.
Sitting it out guarantees more Democrat overreach with ever-expanding social re-engineering. The Democrat Party used to be largely moderate and partially liberal. Now it espouses (and imposes under penalty of law) very leftist worldviews. They want you to think that your conservative vote does not count ... enough to persuade you to not vote.
Let's beat the Democrats at their own game. To bypass the US mail, please use the City or Precinct Drop Points. Contact your conservative friends and ask them to drop off their ballot. Offer to give them a ride to the drop location. (Yes! It is legal to do this kind of ballot harvesting. Don't let the Democrats be the only ones harvesting ballots!)

ACGOP Bi-Annual Organizational Meeting
Bi-Annual Organizational Meeting of Alameda County Republican Party Central Committee (ACGOP). This is an in-person meeting ONLY. There will not be a Zoom link.
The agenda is mostly defined in By-Laws (See Members web pages). The 11/2022 adopted Voting Procedure (not defined in the ByLaws) must be re-affirmed by a majority vote of the attending members. No ordinary business occurs during this 4-hour organizational meeting.
Key Points about Procedures (This is not a comprehensive list):
To Vote, Members must pay 2025 Dues ($52) by January 15 (Best: On-line donation and then e-mail Treasurer that donation is intended for 2024 dues)
Members encouraged to e-mail self-nomination to Chair. Nominations allowed from floor. A Member from floor must second each nomination.
Prior year Chair presides over election of a temporary Chair and a temporary Secretary. Each hold that office until their replacement elected.
Next, Members must vote to affirm or adjust the 11/2022 adopted Voting Procedure as adjusted on 1/18/2023, namely:
- A motion to ban or allow recording devices in this meeting.
- A motion to allow voting procedures not specified in the ByLaws.
- If passed, a motion to approve all or singly the following:
- Speaking regimen: Seconder/Nominator 2 minutes, Nominee 3 minutes, One or two others 1 minute each
- Voting is by secret paper ballot in person.
- Blank paper ballots, one ballot per office per Voting Member.
- Since ballots not trackable, Members submit folded ballot by roll call by temporary Secretary. Attendees maintain silence during roll call.
- After roll call for an office, votes immediately counted for that office with an observer chosen by each nominee.
- An office with a single nominee may be accepted by verbal acclamation after the nominee speaks.
Executive Committee Offices elected in this sequence: Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Asst. Treasurer, Asst. Secretary
Assembly District Chairs, in break-out caucus by their Assembly District. (The election of these offices can be postponed to February meeting)
