The following provided by CAEvangelicals.org  •  916.425.5072  •  [email protected]As the legislature begins its work for this legislative session, watch for more abuse  of  a one party super majority to bring excessive and anti -historical good sense items especially in terms of law enforcement, and moral concepts.

THESE TWO BILLS NEED YOUR DEDICATED ATTENTION (Action Alert 9/24/2021):

SB 380 - Would replace a two week waiting period with a 48 hour waiting time for those  desiring to take their own lives by suicide.   Rather than giving these folks time to think this over, the time would be cut by 12 days.  Please contact your legislators.

SB 357 - Would legalize loitering for Prostitution- essentially legalizing street walking for prostitutes or sex buyers.  Police departments ask that the vote be NO.

California Supreme Court (Info Only - No Action Yet 11/18/2021): Governor Jerry Brown signed SB 219 in 2017.  Today, State law prohibits (with fines and jail time) healthcare workers calling a patient the wrong pronoun, which we believe violates [other] State laws.   Last week (11/12?) the California  Supreme Court agreed to hear the case of SB 219.

Ethnic Studies Curriculum - Xaviaer DuRousseau researched the California Department of Education web site to create a 3-page comparative chart.  Candidates and conservative activists need this chart to know useful talking points and concerns about each point.  Here is the link to download his excellent document.  See: Ethnic Studies Curriculum (PDF)
