Speaker: Professor Patrick Downey    Topic: The Philosophical Roots of Wokeness

Dr. Downey is the Chair of the Philosophy Department at St. Mary's College, where he has taught for the last 28 years.  He holds a B.A. from Pitzer College, an M.A. from Harvard, and a Ph.D. from Boston College.  His students give his classes rave reviews--despite the fact that he is known as the "Republican Professor!"  Don't miss this opportunity to learn about how "wokeness" is infecting academia.
