Rev.9/4/2024 - We last revised Teams structure on 4/5/2023. Listed team leaders might change with seating of the 2025-2028 class.
This web page records your chosen interests. This helps a given Team Leader find volunteers for their Team. Political candidates can ask for willing Precinct helpers within their campaign region. TIP: Be proactive by ALSO contacting the listed leader for a specific Team.
We need to change Alameda County lopsided 20% Republicans to 50% Democrats. That means building a "Farm Team" to recruit conservatives for local area offices (School Boards, Water Boards, City Councils, Mayors, Local Commissions). From this local pool, we can then leverage their name recognition into State-wide offices. We need to bump up local and county-level voter registration efforts. This is not as sexy as national politics, but we are the ONLY ones who care about Alameda County elections and local area candidates.
Volunteer coordination has been our weak point. We updated our volunteer list in 2021 with their two or three primary interests. Please help keep that list fresh! Check box at most three (3) of YOUR passionate areas in which you really have actual TIME to volunteer. TIP: Checking more than three boxes causes Team Leaders to question your focus for their specific team.
